Property Heroes offers global education on initiating first property investments to achieve financial freedom. The online course encompasses real estate fundamentals, including versatile investment strategies applicable to the Indonesian market.

I have developed a comprehensive brand strategy that delves into the core identity — mission, values, and purpose, bringing clarity to the business as an entity and its objectives. I’ve defined their personality and created a detailed customer avatar, targeting precisely their audience. Leveraging insights from the competition audit, I have strategically positioned them in the market, ensuring they stand out amidst the competitive landscape.

Based on those findings, a vibrant visual identity was created capturing the essence of the brand, which is freedom, exploration and… taking action!

The strategy defines the why, the promises and the principles of Property Heroes. The brand essence revolves around simplicity, ethical practices, and coaching-like guidance, portraying a personality that is fun, forward-thinking, and grounded. The services offer a supportive approach and focus on fostering togetherness through an easy and smart approach.

Connecting with the ideal customer

Property Heroes’ target audience is mainly males in their 30s who love outdoor activities and learning new ways to succeed in life. They value a nomadic lifestyle and want to live life on their own terms. I needed to express an energetic and approachable vibe, blending fun with intelligence. The visual identity should represent the essence of Property Heroes which emphasizes simplicity without compromising depth, and upholding strong ethical principles while being assertive.

I explored two distinct directions through mood boards: one catering to the adventurous traveler, driven by the pursuit of new experiences and constant growth, while the other appeals to the freedom seeker, valuing togetherness and a relaxed lifestyle.

We decided to go with the second option, which resonates more with the prospect of ventures in Bali and Lombok, the principal locations where the audience is looking to invest. I wanted the logo to be bold and dynamic, symbolising growth, advancement, and the journey toward success. The typography is modern and geometric, exuding confidence and professionalism. Overall, the logo encapsulates the brand’s essence of innovation, determination, and forward-thinking.

I’ve developed a collection of graphic elements that convey a sense of motion, reflecting the brand’s ethos of freedom and agility. These elements embody the brand’s dynamic and spirited nature, enhancing its overall identity and leaving a lasting impression.

Along with the logo, colour palette development, typography, iconography, photography style and visual assets, I suggested a layout options such as the course’s landing page design. 

The layout is clean and modern, with bold typography and vibrant imagery reflecting Property Heroes’ adventurous spirit. Key elements such as call-to-actions and interactive sections are strategically placed to engage users and encourage exploration. The overall design exudes energy and excitement, inviting visitors to embark on a journey with the brand.
