SwiftDoc is an Australian telehealth provider that focuses on revolutionizing access to medical care for WorkCover patients, serving as one of the largest providers in the country. Beyond WorkCover claims, SwiftDoc offers telehealth consultations for general health issues and quit-smoking services.

Collaborating with Wavelength International’s marketing team, an active investor in SwiftDoc, I contributed to the rebranding efforts. Established in 1999, Wavelength International stands as Australia’s premier medical recruitment firm, renowned for its expertise in both permanent and locum roles.

Embark on a visual journey through SwiftDoc’s brand refresh, where every visual touchpoint serves as a canvas of innovation and empathy. Inspired by the fusion of sleek modernity and compassionate care, the collaterals seamlessly blend form and function to reflect the essence of SwiftDoc brand ethos.

Revitalizing the Australian leader in online consultation apps with a complete brand overhaul.

SwiftDoc was looking for a revamp and to develop a strong and more modern brand identity keeping in mind the Patients at all times. They wanted to be the most trusted online doctor group in Australia and the first place Australians go for GP support online.

The previous branding was outdated and didn’t stand out from the competition. The brand refresh has given SwiftDoc a better positioning and brand recognition, along with a consistent visual identity.

The new look and feel exude a sense of dynamism, captured through a vibrant colour palette and clean, contemporary design elements. From the bold hues that evoke a feeling of vitality to the subtle gradients that symbolize progress and transformation, every detail is meticulously crafted to captivate and engage.

Distinct logos were designed for each of the Swiftdoc service sub-brands, reflecting their individual identities and specialties. These logos serve to represent the offerings in smoking cessation, medicinal cannabis, weight loss, and psychology, enhancing brand recognition and reinforcing the commitment to these areas of growth.


A clean layout with a clear user journey

Web page templates were created on Figma, aligning with the new brand identity for the SwiftDoc in-house developer’s utilisation.

The web app was designed under the brand style guide, ensuring a cohesive digital experience across platforms.


SwiftDoc’s reimagined print materials reflect its commitment to making healthcare accessible, approachable, and empowering for all.

Typography takes center stage, with crisp, sans-serif fonts exuding professionalism and approachability. The strategic use of whitespace ensures clarity and readability, allowing key messaging to resonate effortlessly with our audience.

Illustrations and imagery play a pivotal role in the visual narrative, portraying diverse individuals engaged in moments of care and connection. Through these visuals, SwiftDoc conveys its commitment to inclusivity and the universal nature of healthcare, inviting all to feel seen, heard, and valued.
